Many businesses launch AI pilots and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) but struggle to scale them into full production. In fact, a recent study found that only 14% make it. Why? In the race to keep up, companies often choose the wrong use case, build prototypes that aren’t scalable, or underestimate what it takes to generate value from AI.

Nihal leads AI and Machine Learning projects at Coeo. He joined us from Microsoft, where he worked with Azure AI and OpenAI, helping teams design and build practical AI solutions.
