Feedback from our GPTW survey and in-house engagement tools consistently show that our employees are learning from each other every day. Our people are naturally curious, highly skilled, and committed to continuous improvement. Tech is a fast-moving industry so staying on top of new developments is essential, and our team is always eager to share what they’ve learned. Belonging and Inclusion
A strong sense of belonging and inclusion fuels creativity and innovation. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is something we’re especially proud of, and it’s an area where we earned some of our highest scores in the GPTW survey. Our colleagues are passionate about creating a welcoming environment for everyone, and many volunteer their time in employee-led groups, such as our Neurodiversity Resource Group. This group led entirely by colleagues, is one example of how we actively support each other in creating an inclusive workplace.
