Christian Bolton - Director and Database Architect

Christian co-founded Coeo in 2006 with Justin Langford after spending 5 years as a Senior Premier Field Engineer for Microsoft in the UK working with some of Microsoft's biggest customers across Europe. He was the first person outside Microsoft to qualify as a Microsoft Certified Architect: Database, a qualification still only held by less than 20 people in the world.

Christian specialises in High Availability, Scalability and Performance Tuning.

Justin Langford - Director and Principal Consultant

Before co-founding Coeo Justin spent 3 years within the Premier Field Engineering team at Microsoft working on mission-critical SQL Server platforms at some of the UK's largest finance and government customers. Prior to that he worked as a consultant for a Microsoft Gold Partner focusing on upgrade, migration and software deployment projects for Enterprise customers.

Justin is our expert in SQL Server Replication, High Availability and complex upgrades.
